Unseen Hand Salon, Spa and Wellness

Today marked my inaugural massage experience. I arrived without preconceptions, but I found the ambiance delightful and my masseuse made me feel at ease and content. They (Cameron) were exceedingly professional, amiable, and the massage itself was enchanting. If I could bestow more than 5 stars upon this establishment, I certainly would!! I will unquestionably return.

By a long shot, the finest salon in the region! Their nail technician, Magen, is among the most skilled nail technicians I've ever encountered! Her craftsmanship is top-notch and she meticulously hand paints everything! 5 stars!

My nails were tended to by Kimberlee, words fail to convey the extent of the harm she inflicted upon my nails. I had arranged an appointment with her for acrylics, but upon arrival, she dissuaded me from getting acrylic and persuaded me to opt for gel, citing its superiority for nail health and durability, instead of admitting her lack of proficiency in acrylic application. I arrived with gel on my nails that needed to be soaked off, but she opted to drill them so harshly that my nails are now as thin as paper and excruciatingly sore. She proceeded to mention how the pedicure chairs were dysfunctional due to rats gnawing through the wires and how there was mold beneath the sink when she first moved into the salon. As I removed my nails from the light, the tips attached to my nails were bending, and she inquired whether she should apply more gel. I responded affirmatively as my nails were bending. Additionally, she mentioned that she shouldn't be working at a salon and should be an apprentice, so I am puzzled as to why she is performing nail services on clients. She permitted me to depart with only one coat of paint on my nails, revealing visible tips that required an additional coat. Furthermore, she allowed me to leave with hair trapped under my nails. She neglected to apply paint to the undersides of my nails, making it appear as though I was leaving with nails that had been done a week prior. Immediately after leaving the salon, I had to proceed directly to another salon to have the nails she applied removed and a new set applied. Presently, my nails are so fragile that the nails applied by the new technician at the subsequent salon are detaching, and my natural nails are separating from my skin. I am profoundly disheartened, and my nails have been ruined because of her. AVOID GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE BY HER AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!
