I have a lot of love for the people here, they are kind-hearted. However, if you want modern nail designs, this is not the place to go. They specialize in solid colors and early 90's styles only. I requested black French tips with a red trim and one solid red nail, but was charged $80 for a set that was not what I asked for. If you visit, stick to minimal designs. Richard did not meet my expectations.
What a terrible experience I had! I visited a salon for a manicure and pedicure, but when I left, my nails looked like they had been on for a week. I called Richard, sent him photos, and he asked me to come back for a fix. However, all he did was paint over the gaps. I returned home, showed my boyfriend, and he was shocked that they let me leave like that. So, we went back for the third time, and this time we were firm. I was in tears, asking them to remove everything. After 30 minutes of drilling off the gel polish, they finally agreed to paint French tips. It took being assertive for them to do it right. The first two pictures are from the first visit, and the third picture is after the second visit.
I adore this establishment. It took me nearly three years to find such a lovely nail salon with fantastic owners and staff. Katie does an excellent job with pedicures. I won't go anywhere else.
