COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHAOTIC!!! I decided to give them another chance after a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with them previously because I didn't want to be the individual who turns away from businesses owned by people of the same ethnicity over one mistake or inconvenience. However, this establishment is one to AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you enjoy showing up for your appointment at 12:00 pm only to find your hairstylist braiding BOX BRAIDS for another client while you sit there waiting 30 minutes to an hour past your APPOINTMENT time. What kind of hairstylist books an appointment when they are not available?
I am utterly dissatisfied. It's only been a week and my hair looks terrible. The base for my crochet braids is loose and my natural hair is barely holding on. I'll have to take them out; I wasted over 100 dollars on a hairstyle that couldn't even last a month. The service was a major letdown. I'm enduring the crochet braids just for today to get through my work shift. The salon lacks professionalism and needs skilled stylists.
