COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHAOTIC!!! I decided to give them another chance after a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with them previously because I didn't want to be the individual who turns away from businesses owned by people of the same ethnicity over one mistake or inconvenience. However, this establishment is one to AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you enjoy showing up for your appointment at 12:00 pm only to find your hairstylist braiding BOX BRAIDS for another client while you sit there waiting 30 minutes to an hour past your APPOINTMENT time.
