The salon appears immaculate. My visit was so-so. Upon entering, the proprietor or manager gestured for me to head to the rear to select a hue. I lingered in the back for a bit feeling awkward, waiting for my nail technician to emerge. It seemed she was hesitant, so the proprietor seated me in two different chairs. She adjusted a nail I requested to be trimmed shorter due to a break, with the hyponychium not fully healed, and charged me for it. There are acrylic bubbles beneath my nails and polish on my skin. The pricing board indicated $30 for a fill-in. I assumed there would be an additional charge for gel and the repair of the one nail. However, I left spending $50 plus a $10 tip. So-so. I'll be returning to my previous spot.
Top Nails is truly a hidden treasure. I began frequenting this place almost 2 years back, and my nails have never looked better. My FORMER salon would leave my SNS uneven and lackluster. Don't be swayed by the high-end salons that treat you like an assembly line and are solely interested in your money. This establishment operates by appointment only and takes the time to ensure you are delighted with your nails. I have no intention of going elsewhere.
I indulged in a pedicure today with Pauline at this establishment. Honestly, this might just be the most exceptional pedicure I've ever received! I was nearly drifting off in the chair. Pauline was incredibly gentle and kind throughout. I requested a cute design for St. Patrick's Day, and the creation she came up with is simply adorable! I will certainly be returning! Many thanks!
