I feel fortunate to have met Ms. Shiela around two years ago during my trip to Charlotte, NC. She came in on her day off to do my lashes. My lashes remained full for over 2 months. I returned this week to visit family in Charlotte again and she accommodated me on short notice. My interactions with her at Studio 316 are consistently professional and courteous. I am extremely satisfied with my lashes. The numerous compliments I receive make me feel adorable, haha. I highly recommend everyone to visit Studio 316 for exceptional lash results. The keratin treatment wasn't done well, my hair ends up tangled, I have to comb it and use the straightener again but it lacks shine, becomes tangled, and feels rough. The ends are in a terrible state after the keratin treatment, I had them done elsewhere and they didn't look as bad. I paid a significant amount and now I have to find another place to fix them.
