I had a wonderful experience here! I spontaneously decided to give it a try as my usual waxing professional was fully booked. I selected Delainey for her expertise in Brazilian waxes. It was my first time getting one, and she made me feel completely at ease, guiding me through each step and offering encouragement throughout. I will definitely be a loyal customer of hers! The prices are very reasonable, and I appreciate their European products with natural ingredients.
I scheduled an appointment to take advantage of their "first wax free" promotion. Jenna did a fantastic job, and I ended up adding on arm waxing during my visit and booked another appointment. They do suggest purchasing discounted packages upon checkout, but I didn't feel pressured at all. I am pleased with the service provided.
Chantele is fantastic! Incredibly thorough and creates a welcoming atmosphere! Their apprentice today, Brianna, was equally impressive! Overall, my experience at European Wax Center in Concord has been exceptional!
