The salon appears immaculate. My visit was so-so. Upon entering, the proprietor or manager gestured for me to head to the rear to select a hue. I lingered in the back for a bit feeling awkward, waiting for my nail technician to emerge. It seemed she was hesitant, so the proprietor seated me in two different chairs. She adjusted a nail I requested to be trimmed shorter due to a break, with the hyponychium not fully healed, and charged me for it. There are acrylic bubbles beneath my nails and polish on my skin. The pricing board indicated $30 for a fill-in. I assumed there would be an additional charge for gel and the repair of the one nail. However, I left spending $50 plus a $10 tip. So-so. I was thoroughly impressed by their work! They outperformed many higher-end salons I've visited before. Moreover, their prices are very reasonable. Even for a basic foot spa and pedicure, they applied three coats of polish plus a clear top coat. I was delighted with how they handled my 5-year-old daughter's toenails. The service was truly exceptional! It would be a nice addition if they had a designated spot for children's foot spas and offered deeper massages. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in the area and either they look a mess or they look good the first time then when I go back they don’t look as nice. However I decided to wait a little while to write a review about this place to see if they would consistently do a good job on my nails. I’ve been going here for about 2 months now and I absolutely love them they do such a great job on my nails each and every time and they are gentle. Eliana consistently delivers top-notch service. She demonstrates patience and skill, especially with challenging nail situations. Her pedicures are incredibly soothing, and her eyebrow work is impeccable.
