I was thoroughly impressed by their work! They outperformed many higher-end salons I've visited before. Moreover, their prices are very reasonable. Even for a basic foot spa and pedicure, they applied three coats of polish plus a clear top coat. I was delighted with how they handled my 5-year-old daughter's toenails. The service was truly exceptional! It would be a nice addition if they had a designated spot for children's foot spas and offered deeper massages. Overall, my experience was fantastic.

Absolutely disappointing! I regret spending my money here. The quality of work was extremely poor and disorganized. I had to constantly guide the "experts" on what to do. Initially, I was attended to by a woman, but then an elderly man took over and did a terrible job. I simply wanted French tip nails, but the gel polish ended up smudged all over my skin, with crooked and uneven lines. The polish itself was of low quality, and the clear coat was practically non-existent. This visit was a complete disaster and I will not be coming back. I even requested a switch in the middle of the service because it was so bad. I strongly advise against this salon; if I could, I would give it zero stars.

Despite living in this region for over 40 years, I had never tried this salon until now. I called in on a late Friday afternoon when all the other salons in the area were fully booked. From the outside, it may not seem like much, but stepping inside, you'll notice the difference immediately. This salon in Concord is exceptionally clean, and the staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. During my basic pedicure, the technician even gave me a relaxing 20-minute foot massage. She took her time and paid great attention to detail. I will definitely be returning here for more services.
