I recently started coming here after a mishap with box hair dye, and they accommodated me and rescued me! Alex (pictured with me) has truly performed wonders! I came in looking like a terrible copper penny and left looking like the Benjamin I am 🥰😍 I highly recommend this place, especially for blondes! Exceptional customer service, clean, welcoming, and visually pleasing environment. Since relocating to Concord 3 years ago, I've been on the hunt for a nail salon. Finally, I stumbled upon Roy Nails, and it was a delightful experience! Despite being fully booked when I called on a Saturday morning, they welcomed me to drop by at 12:45 for a possible slot due to cancellations. Arriving at 12:30, I was warmly received and seated within 10 minutes. Opting for a new acrylic set with ombré coloring, the results were stunning! Tam, my nail technician, displayed incredible attention to detail and genuine care for the outcome. They are also very friendly and hospitable to each and every one of their clients. They take all the measures to ensure every client will be satisfied with the final outcome. Taylor has been my stylist and I couldn’t be happier. She’s the first stylist/hairdresser in my life that I have completely trusted. I allowed her to take the lead on my last appointment for a cut and highlights and I have never been so enamored with my hair.
