Above all, the clinic is breathtaking. I underwent lip dissolving with Casey and am scheduling a refill in a fortnight. They were incredibly kind, professional, and provided thorough explanations. I was apprehensive about potential pain, but truthfully, they were remarkably gentle. I've had various services done by Ashleigh, from haircuts to color to manicures and pedicures with acrylic nails. She is truly outstanding! She's easy to talk to and always creates a great atmosphere in her chair. I had my hair and makeup styled at this salon for my wedding, and they turned out stunning! Emory did an exceptional job with my hair (as always) and Jules created a beautiful natural makeup look. They also worked on my sister and mother-in-law, who looked fantastic. I found their prices very fair, and they worked efficiently. My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing. I treated a friend and assured her that I had visited before and had a good experience (even though it had been years). We felt rushed, our feet were left wet, nails were trimmed poorly, and the overall service felt rushed and incomplete. Not only did they cut our toenails too short, but one of my toes was injured in the process. I am in pain as I write this review. The pedicure lasted a total of 20 minutes, and I didn't even receive a polish, yet there was no discount offered for the lack of service.
