Watch out for potential overcharging!
I've frequented this salon on numerous occasions and previously had positive encounters, but today's visit was disappointing. I was billed $60 for a hybrid gel manicure. The male nail technician carelessly trimmed my cuticles using an electronic tool, resulting in them being left cracked and tender. When I requested the remaining loose cuticles to be tidied up, I was charged an additional $10. Surprisingly, I was informed that the gel manicure did not include a basic manicure? They wanted to charge me $50 solely for the polish application and an extra $10 for the cuticle trimming? I had my hair and makeup styled at this salon for my wedding, and they turned out stunning! Emory did an exceptional job with my hair (as always) and Jules created a beautiful natural makeup look. They also worked on my sister and mother-in-law, who looked fantastic. I found their prices very fair, and they worked efficiently. My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing. I treated a friend and assured her that I had visited before and had a good experience (even though it had been years). We felt rushed, our feet were left wet, nails were trimmed poorly, and the overall service felt rushed and incomplete. Not only did they cut our toenails too short, but one of my toes was injured in the process. I am in pain as I write this review. The pedicure lasted a total of 20 minutes, and I didn't even receive a polish, yet there was no discount offered for the lack of service. I was apprehensive about potential pain, but truthfully, they were remarkably gentle.
