Thank you kindly for your professionalism and warmth. You truly made me feel at ease and comfortable when visiting and asking questions. Every person, from the receptionist to the doctor's assistant and the doctor himself, exuded such kindness. I feel fortunate to have discovered a dermatologist who values my presence! Much appreciation!
I would not recommend this practice to anyone. The conduct was very unprofessional. The dermatologist I saw, Dr. Anderson, was consistently absent. Only later did I find out she had left the practice. One would expect that upon moving, patients would be notified through mail. The lack of professionalism was disappointing. I will be seeking care elsewhere.
I swiftly and easily established care, and my initial visit was equally swift and simple. The team displayed friendliness and efficiency, and the office ambiance is calming and tastefully decorated.
