There are multiple stylists at this salon, and we have been regular customers for a long time. However, today we had a very upsetting experience. My son has autism and is sensitive to having his neck trimmed. I specifically instructed his stylist not to trim that area because it upsets him and makes him move. I had to go to my stylist, and when I returned to my son, he was screaming and crying. His stylist had forcefully held his head while cutting his neck, causing a messy cut due to his movements. Despite reminding her of the instructions, she insisted on fixing it until I had to raise my voice for her to stop. The most frustrating part was that they still charged me the full price for the ruined haircut and the distress caused to my son.
