The hairdresser I had didn't follow any of my requests. I have curly hair with gray roots showing, and I specifically asked for a pixie cut without straightening. Despite my instructions, she ended up giving me a messy cut and used a straightening iron without applying any protective product. Now my hair is damaged and the style is a disaster thanks to this salon.
