Within 12 hours of my appointment, the polish began to chip, completely coming off within 24 hours. I requested an immediate fix, as I had paid for a service, but she could not accommodate me. It is frustrating to deal with such poor communication. Making things right should be a priority, yet she insisted I wait three days, which clashed with my work schedule. It is disappointing that she refuses to go the extra mile to rectify the situation. This is not how a business should be run. Avoid at all costs.
Today's experience with my first appointment with Jennifer was fantastic! I will definitely return as she is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Engaging in great conversation, she puts genuine effort into her work. Delighted with my nails!
I regret to say, I would not recommend this individual. Steer clear. Firstly, their lack of skill in nail care is evident. Secondly, they use subpar materials. On Monday, December 19th, I visited this person for acrylic nails. They used cheap glue that failed to bond the tips together, resorting to blowing on my nails to dry the glue. By Wednesday, December 21st, two nails had already broken. I went to a nearby Asian salon, which charged me $20 to fix the nails. On the same day, as I returned from the Asian salon, two more nails came off. Realizing there was a deeper issue, I decided not to pay for additional fixes. On December 23rd, I contacted them, sending pictures of my nails to address the problem. They claimed to be busy and asked me to reschedule for a new set, implying they would redo the nails at their expense. However, upon visiting them, the Asian nail technician stated that their work was subpar and that they lacked nail expertise. I spent the holiday season with poorly done nails. Despite contacting them on January 1, 2023, they requested payment for a new appointment. Their focus seems solely on money, with a lack of skill in nail care. Avoid at all costs.
