I just departed from this nail salon feeling quite frustrated! During my previous visit, they mistakenly used cash instead of my credit card, and as compensation, the owner provided me with a $10 discount voucher for my next pedicure. Today, I returned for gel nails and a color change on my toes, spending over $100, but they refused to honor the voucher, claiming it wasn't valid for this service. Despite my request to extend the expiration date, which was in two weeks, they insisted it was a gift and couldn't be used. I am astonished by their pettiness over a mistake they made, especially for just $10. Additionally, their prices are exorbitant. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this salon.
The employees here were incredibly gracious. I was thoroughly pleased with every aspect of my experience. I arrived just an hour before closing for a manicure and pedicure, and I never felt rushed, unlike my experiences at other salons late in the day. The staff even agreed to wait for my nails to dry together, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction. Based on my wonderful experience, I highly recommend this establishment.

Lucy always fulfills my requests to perfection, whether it's fixing a crooked nail or ensuring they are all the same length. Not many places are willing to accommodate such requests, especially considering my familiarity with nail care. Lucy goes above and beyond without any hesitation.
