My second time having Services done by Sasha at Liquid Luxe Aesthetics. I usually don't write reviews, but I genuinely feel compelled to give Liquid Luxe Aesthetics a big shoutout. I am overjoyed with my results. Absolutely love it. It's been 2 weeks now, and the compliments just keep on coming ðŸ¤ðŸ¤—.. Loving the new location.. Can't wait to try the red light therapy bed. Within 12 hours of my appointment, the polish began to chip, completely coming off within 24 hours. I requested an immediate fix, as I had paid for a service, but she could not accommodate me. It is frustrating to deal with such poor communication. Making things right should be a priority, yet she insisted I wait three days, which clashed with my work schedule. It is disappointing that she refuses to go the extra mile to rectify the situation. This is not how a business should be run. I'm 61 years old. Had a bad ache on one side of my neck. No idea why. When I turned my neck or coughed. Stepped on a nail a week before, thought it might be tetanus, but doctor visit ruled that out. Came here, had a therapist Lena work on me for an hour... It was a firm massage, all over, even on the neck. And it was a bit better for a few days, but now almost a week later I feel almost 95% better. I just departed from this nail salon feeling quite frustrated! During my previous visit, they mistakenly used cash instead of my credit card, and as compensation, the owner provided me with a $10 discount voucher for my next pedicure. Today, I returned for gel nails and a color change on my toes, spending over $100, but they refused to honor the voucher, claiming it wasn't valid for this service. Despite my request to extend the expiration date, which was in two weeks, they insisted it was a gift and couldn't be used. I am astonished by their pettiness over a mistake they made, especially for just $10. Additionally, their prices are exorbitant.
