Absolutely horrendous experience! After spending $165, I left with dip nails that are excessively thick and oddly shaped. My cuticles are dry, and my skin is snagging. The technician did not consult me on my preferences and used dip powder with acrylic liquid despite my allergy. The foot treatment was subpar - only wax was applied on the heels, cuticles were neglected, nails were left uncleaned, and hot rocks caused burns on my feet. It feels like the technician rushed through the service with low-quality products. Despite my requests for corrections, I was dismissed and assured that the outcome would be satisfactory. In reality, my nails look and feel worse than before. Additionally, the technician attempted to upsell unnecessary services like eyebrow waxing, which I had already done the day prior.
