This was my premier time at Phia and with Alex as my stylist! They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued and at ease throughout the whole experience. They attentively listened to my hair worries and took the time to understand my hair in general. They even added in a complimentary deep conditioning treatment which I had shown interest in!!
