This was my premier time at Phia and with Alex as my stylist! They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued and at ease throughout the whole experience. They attentively listened to my hair worries and took the time to understand my hair in general. They even added in a complimentary deep conditioning treatment which I had shown interest in!! I eagerly anticipate my next visit and will suggest Alex to my acquaintances!! Thank you so much for an incredible experience.
I don’t even know where to start, but Taylor has done a fantastic job and I am extremely pleased with my hair. They initiated conversation with me well before my appointment to establish our objectives and what an ideal appearance would be. They were very patient with me as I am not the best at articulating, but they were able to draw out of me what I desired. I would Recommend them to anyone.
