Mai and Phillip were absolutely fantastic. This was the first time for my mother and me, and the ambiance is truly spectacular. This is now my preferred destination. From the courtesy and warmth, to inquiring about our satisfaction with our nails and feet. They genuinely care about you as a patron and welcome any feedback with such positivity. Took ages! Spent 45 minutes there just for eyebrows and still didn’t get them waxed. Upon arrival, I specified my needs. Yet, she attended to someone else's eyebrows and ignored my request despite my lengthy wait. Yesterday, a young man from Asia did my pedicure. They looked nice at first, but after a day, my gel polish came off completely right after I showered. I spent over $100 on a pedicure and manicure, and it's disappointing that it was a waste of money. I will never return and even considered taking legal action against them. I've had three awful experiences here. They are disorganized and lack professionalism. During my last visit, the older woman used excessive glue on my nails, which took over a month to remove. It was extremely painful. I had to seek professional help to fix the damage. Just be honest if you don't want my business.
