Rozlyn is extremely professional, polite, and considerate of your time. She does not double-book her clients and always captures your vision accurately on the first visit.
First impression is EVERYTHING! I decided to explore for a new hair salon since my previous stylist is no longer available. I stumbled upon this excellent establishment with fantastic reviews. I opted to ring up to arrange an appointment for Saturday and I have been encountering obstacles! I have been dialing since early this morning. Finally, after 12pm I managed to reach someone on the phone who turned out to be the salon's owner. She suggested for me to call back within an hour to converse with two of her other stylists who typically work on Saturdays to set up an appointment. I phoned back and I chatted with Roni: very unprofessional. She was not helpful in addressing my inquiries. She mentioned that she is unaware of the other stylists' schedules. She is unsure of when the salon shuts, etc. I am a licensed hairstylist as well, and I could never imagine myself turning away clients, especially if it was their initial time booking an appointment. How tough is it to get a relaxer, haircut, style, and color? Smh.
Ms. Ronnie is exceptional. She goes the extra mile to educate, serve, and deliver top-notch work. She is truly outstanding. I adore her.
