Visited this salon for my prom nails. First time getting them done and the experience was beyond my expectations. Allysa (@paintedbylys on instagram) was incredibly sweet and her work is absolutely stunning. I will definitely be back 😍😍 and the price was unbeatable ($58 for this amazing set??? unbelievable). Such a great time.
Came in for my daughter's birthday, she wanted her nails done with no appointment, and the service was fast. They even offered us a drink and when they found out it was her birthday, they added a flower to her nail. The place was very clean and overall, we got exactly what we asked for! Had a lovely time.
I will not be returning. Awful experience. Brought my mom and 6-year-old niece for pedicures, clearly stated I wanted 3 separate appointments over the phone. Instead, they tried to rush and do all of us at once. It was about feeling special and pampered, not rushed. Kathy insisted on doing all of us together and seemed annoyed when I declined. I reluctantly agreed to just my nails, but she rushed through and became rude when I questioned if they were done. She had another client waiting, so I left without finishing. We came to relax, not to be hurried and receive subpar service. Disappointing experience, will not be back.
