I exclusively entrust my nail art to Jessica, situated in the primary seat, as her design capabilities are exceptional. I firmly believe she is unparalleled in her craft. She consistently ensures perfection in every detail. While the other nail technicians at the establishment are competent, they have catered to my needs for more straightforward designs in the past.
My experience was absolutely dreadful, deserving of no stars. The individual who tended to my nails did a hasty and careless job. I expressed my dissatisfaction midway through the process, but he dismissively assured me he would rectify it. Upon completion, my nails looked atrocious. To top it off, I was charged $65 and discovered an unauthorized tip added to my total the next day. A truly abysmal experience.
