The Skin and Allergy Center has consistently provided excellent care for me. They have always been thorough in examining my skin and treating me with care. Yesterday marked my first appointment with significant issues. My primary care physician contacted Dr. Hayes on Monday evening to discuss my condition, and I was able to see one of his associates the very next day at his clinic. I was truly touched by the prompt attention and care I received! I had a great experience with the associate who treated me and I wholeheartedly recommend this group. Similarly, my husband has also received exceptional treatment here. While undergoing treatment for prostate cancer, he had a skin concern on his head. The doctor managing his cancer consulted with Dr. Hayes, and my husband was seen by him just two days later. I cannot recommend the Skin and Allergy Center enough!
I had been experiencing intense ear pain and swelling for over a month. After consulting with three other doctors who worked diligently to diagnose my issue, I was referred to Dr. Hayes by Dr. Cobb. Dr. Hayes managed to fit me in the very next morning. After examining me, he prescribed a potent steroid that brought significant relief on the first day. Although the root cause is still unknown, Dr. Hayes continues to investigate. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Cobb for recommending the Skin and Allergy Center. For the past few years, my mother has been under the care of Dr. Hayes. During our recent visit, she was attended to by the nurse practitioner. The level of gentleness and care they showed towards her was truly touching. Now I understand why she prefers to see only the professionals at this office.
