Rarely leave negative reviews, but compelled to share Lucky Nails experience. Quick service, but unwelcoming environment. Lack of communication, indifferent attitude. Nails not perfect, noticeable imperfections. Poor customer service, felt overcharged. Won't return.
The french tip didn't impress me much. Asked for a fix, but no improvement. Real nails visible under acrylic, why not use a different base color? Disappointing outcome, not the worst though.
Rarely treat myself, but found my new favorite pedicure spot in Columbia! Amazing service, wish I knew the woman's name. Best place in town, skilled technician, engaging conversation.
