This establishment is my preferred choice for massages. The service has always been exceptional, and the massages never fail to provide a sense of relaxation. I have indulged in a couples massage with my partner, individual massages for myself, and most recently, a prenatal massage that was truly remarkable. The prices are the most competitive I have come across, and there is even a discount for cash payments. The business operates from the owner's residence, but the setup is incredibly pleasant and calming. Kelli is the best there is!! She did my very first Brazilian over 4 years ago and I refuse to go to anyone else. I have followed her from company to company and now her own business. Kelli is the friendliest and most knowledgeable wax specialist I’ve come in contact with. I love that she has a special relationship with each of her clients. Kelli ALWAYS remembers what’s going on in my life even when I can’t remember what I had for breakfast that day. I’d recommend her a million times over for any wax service, but especially Brazilians. Trust me.

For Christmas, my husband gifted my sister and me a spa package, which we finally redeemed today. The location wasn't difficult to find, although it lacked the expected spa ambiance. The attendant was friendly but informed us upon arrival that their heating was down, attempting to compensate with a space heater—unfortunately, we froze throughout our massages. Despite her kindness, the massage was disappointingly the poorest I’ve experienced. As a regular of monthly massages, I have a good sense of what to expect, and it pains me to critique, yet it’s essential for potential customers to be aware. The package cost my husband $510, a sum I believe was not worth more than $200 for the quality received. The staff, while polite, left me questioning their professional qualifications. I hope that they're licensed! The facial was subpar, falling short of what one could consider a proper treatment, especially with an added charge for extractions, which, albeit agreed upon, didn't enhance the experience. The steam room was mediocre.
