This experience was abysmal. Simply the worst. Finding my usual spot too crowded, I stumbled upon this place with just one glowing review. I decided to give it a shot. Regrettably, it was a dismal session. The therapist predominantly used elbows and focused solely on my legs, neglecting to provide proper coverage. Despite mentioning the excessive heat under the thick blanket, my request for a change went unheeded. The pressure was consistently applied to the same area, despite my discomfort, resulting in bruising. As someone who receives massages twice a month, including deep tissue, I am accustomed to post-massage soreness, but this was beyond that.
