This establishment doesn't even deserve a single star. I was swindled out of my money, showed a reference image that was poorly executed, and to top it off, my nails broke on the same day. Upon returning for a fix, they had the audacity to demand more payment. Save your time and money; the service here is abysmal. Complaining only earns you a rude response – a warning to steer clear and choose a different salon next time.
The only spot I trust for ingrown nail removal. Pedicures aren't just for aesthetics; they ensure my ingrowns are taken care of and prevented from recurring. My feet truly benefit from their expertise, alleviating the pain I used to endure.
Terrible service. The staff completely ignored me upon entry, and a rude, skinny individual had the audacity to instruct me to wait as if it wasn't already evident. No greeting, no sign-in prompt – it's no wonder the place was empty. I refuse to patronize establishments where rudeness is the norm. Avoiding chop shops for good; politeness should be a basic expectation.
