This spot's a letdown, using low-grade nail products. Two weeks back, a dip "manicure" lacked essentials. Nails cut too short, no shaping comparison. Chipping began next day, free repair failed too. Dip usually lasts, but not here. I've been with Alex, the owner of this shop, for 10 years now. Until they decide to retire, I won't let anyone else touch my hair. They know exactly how I like it cut, and they are so creative with the colors, which I am always happy with! They have hundreds of clients, so it's kind of hard to get booked with them in particular, but there are also lovely stylists at their shop. My only gripe is that I had my nails done a week ago, yet they already look like they've been growing out for a couple of weeks. Significant gaps are visible.
