Liz did an exceptional job. I brought in reference photos and a specific cut in mind, and she exceeded my expectations. I opted for a 5-inch trim and some new low lights/balayage for the autumn season. I will definitely return to book with her again!
Autumn Dowdle did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair today. I appreciate her clear communication throughout the process and her respectful requests for adjustments. It's evident that she is passionate about her work and she truly lifted my mood. 5 stars! Initially, my experience at the beginning was positive, but once the core program ended, it became the most disappointing experience. There were constant changes, and my first client encounter was a disaster. She expressed her wishes, but my instructor took over and disregarded her preferences, resulting in her dissatisfaction. It seemed that teachers had favorites, and some administrators were biased as well, which was highly unprofessional. I did meet some friendly individuals along the way, but I deeply regret choosing this institution for my education. It felt like a waste of time and money, as I often had to rely on self-teaching or learning from fellow students. While efforts were made, they fell short of the standards associated with the Paul Mitchell name. Even after withdrawing, I continued to face persistent requests for payment, neglecting the quality of education provided. It's disheartening. I'm grateful to have found another place that has shown me that my educational experience should not have been like this.
