I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this establishment. I visited yesterday with the intention of purchasing a tiara, something I had been eyeing for a while. Although my friends and I were just browsing, the woman working there kept a close watch on us. She even openly favored other customers and gave us unfriendly looks. Despite my intention to make a purchase, I was treated poorly. This is not the first time I have encountered such behavior at this location, and I will not be returning to shop here.
The piercer provided exceptional service when I went in to get my cartilage piercing and my daughter's first piercings. They were highly skilled, and their own numerous piercings made me feel at ease. Their expertise was evident, and just a few days later, neither of our piercings hurt. I am completely satisfied with the service we received.
Courtney was absolutely fantastic! When I took my daughter to have her ears pierced, Courtney provided detailed explanations of the procedure and aftercare. I highly recommend her for anyone visiting this store. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Courtney :)
