Upon entering the store, we were promptly greeted and assisted in finding exactly what we needed within seconds. We were able to check off everything on our list and leave the store in less than 15-20 minutes. The service was excellent, and the staff was exceptional, making the whole experience very enjoyable.

Absolutely unprofessional service. I had scheduled two appointments nearly two months ago for a formal updo hairstyle on a Saturday. Today(Tuesday), we received a call informing us that no one was available to do the hair. We were informed that the stylists we had booked were no longer with the salon. In my opinion, all their appointments should have been rescheduled once they left the company. There was no apology extended to us, and we had to rush to find another stylist due to the lack of professionalism and consideration we encountered. This was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. It left us with very little time to secure another appointment elsewhere, as all other salons were fully booked. Fortunately, we managed to find another salon on such short notice. This situation could have been handled much better in terms of customer service and professionalism. I wouldn't risk booking an appointment here again.

This salon is fantastic. I was the only man there surrounded by elegantly dressed women. The variety of cosmetics brands and products available was astounding. It felt like a candy store for beauty products, with an extensive selection that I had never seen anywhere else. The line for checkout was long, winding through the store, but I had pre-ordered an item and it was waiting for me at the register. I expected a long wait, but the multiple cashiers moved the line swiftly. It was a unique experience, and I found an item here that I couldn't locate anywhere else. My wife was delighted with my find.
