Impeccably clean, efficient, and welcoming. I was warmly received by my stylist Sam, who skillfully performed my first Brazilian blowout. She thoroughly explained the procedure, anticipated results, maintenance, and patiently addressed all my queries. Her genuine concern for my satisfaction with the outcome made it the most exceptional salon experience I have ever encountered.
I am extremely let down by my recent visit. Initially, when I saw Sam, the hair color was perfect. However, on my subsequent visit for a cut and color, the result was significantly darker with purple undertones instead of the reddish brown I desired. Upon informing Sam the same day, her response was to wash it and assess my satisfaction later. Due to life's busyness, I only contacted her two weeks later, only to find their voicemail was not operational. After finally reaching her, she deemed it too late and insisted on charging for another service. Having already paid $140, it seems unjust to be penalized for the stylist's error. Despite attempting to seek assistance from the manager, no resolution was offered. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
Salon Onaj is among the top hair salons in the nation's capital. The proprietor Janette is exceptional, the team is outstanding, and the establishment is impeccably maintained. Their precision and attentiveness during my visit were truly remarkable. I eagerly anticipate my next appointment.
