Shellani & Stephanie were extremely helpful, exceptionally professional, and impressively knowledgeable. Shellani provided me with an outstanding hair cut. She took the time to explain and offer suggestions tailored to my needs and concerns. Stephanie's advice on color turned out beautifully. I used to adore this spa. I made an appointment online and received confirmation via email. However, I was unaware that I needed to scroll down to confirm the appointment once more. Arriving via Uber, I was met with a "sorry, I can't find you" response. Despite showing the email with a misspelling of my name, I had to confirm again through the email and add another service, which was my original intention. I left feeling disappointed. Although I loved the establishment, the experience of being turned away after arriving via Uber with a brief and unsatisfactory apology has led me to refrain from booking any future appointments with them. Update: The website had the wrong location listed. Upon calling the other location, I was informed that my English might be the issue. I had booked online, and the website had a glitch between Saratoga and Wolf Road. This had nothing to do with my English proficiency. The hairstylist at the Wolf Road location was incredibly kind and charming; I felt like I was in Paris. However, the receptionist's mention of my accent was inappropriate. In Great Britain, the British did not give me a hard time due to my accent. Montreal is not that far away.
