I recently had extensions done by Jackie, and initially, they looked fantastic for the first five weeks. However, upon returning for a touch-up and partial highlights, which amounted to over $500 including the tip, issues arose. Within a week, the bottom row of extensions began breaking and tugging at my hair. Jackie attempted a fix by readjusting the extensions with more thread. Unfortunately, after a week and a half, the row was hanging awkwardly over my ear, revealing three bald spots. I resorted to using barrettes to keep it in place. When Jackie left the salon, I contacted Lauren for assistance. Despite her unavailability for the week, she suggested someone else remove the extensions. I had paid a hefty sum of $1100 for the extensions and expressed my concerns about the damage they were causing, even providing photographic evidence. A simple fix would have taken less than 35 minutes, but Lauren refused to rectify the situation and advised me to use barrettes to pin it up. Disappointed by the lack of integrity displayed, I sought help elsewhere and found a salon named Jellybeans that charged only a fraction of the price. For a mere $125, they fixed both rows efficiently, charging by the hour. This experience served as a reminder that exorbitant prices do not always equate to superior service. I am deeply disheartened by the lack of accountability and ethics displayed by this salon; they should stand by the quality of their work.

Mary not only listened attentively to my preferences but also welcomed reference photos from hairstyles of yesteryears.

Hannah, the stylist responsible for my hair, consistently delivers exactly what I envision, taking the necessary time to ensure perfection. Not only is she talented, but she is also exceptionally kind, mirroring the pleasant demeanor of the entire staff. My hair always looks fantastic after Hannah works her magic, and in my opinion, she deserves a perfect 5-star rating each time! I cannot sing enough praises for this salon; it exudes comfort and beauty. Lauren has truly assembled a remarkable team, and I have decided that this will be my go-to salon from now on.
