DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Extremely unprofessional and lacking in customer service! Arrived for a haircut at 3:30. Was only taken back after waiting for an hour and a half. While waiting, another stylist colored her own hair, played with her hair, and used her phone while I sat there waiting! Finally taken back, it took 45 minutes to wash and cut my hair (which wasn't even long to begin with). The wash was fine, but once in the chair, I showed the desired cut to the stylist. The cutting process took forever, longer than any haircut I've had before. Noticed several things that seemed off during the cut - the stylist sat in a chair to cut my hair, which I've never seen before, and kept cutting on one side excessively. Despite these red flags, I assumed she was a professional. After styling my hair with various products, it looked decent at first. However, the next morning, one side was noticeably longer than the other. I am extremely disappointed and would not want her to touch my hair again. Do thorough research on salons and stylists before choosing one. This was the worst salon experience I've had!
Had my first appointment today with Willow. She is delightful and highly skilled. Willow did an excellent job cutting my hair for the first time, taking her time to understand my preferences. I will definitely be back for Willow's services, as well as a pedicure and facial. The salon was impeccably clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you!
Outstanding establishment. You can't go wrong with this place. I see Indiana when I visit, but all the stylists are well-informed! Indiana also provides lash extensions. She's your ultimate destination for all beauty needs!
