I’ve been frequenting Salon by Taylor for about 1 year now. It was a recommendation from a colleague. Her team is undeniably the most welcoming and they strive to ensure client satisfaction. Alex is exceptional. He’s efficient and precise. Taylor has strong relationships with all her clients and knows most by name. She greets everyone who enters and directs them to their service area. My daughter adores it there as well. My husband has been cutting my hair for 7 years since we relocated to AZ. I didn’t want to endure the 50-minute drive to my usual barber of 10 years. Tried several local spots but the wait is always lengthy. I lead a busy life and require a quick 15-minute cut with no wait. Nobody has 2 hours to spare for an appointment-only service. Salon by Taylor allows walk-ins and it’s speedy. There's no other place I'd go for my tattoos. I now have 10, with most done by Chris, 3 by Jamie, and one by Taylor. They are all highly professional, and every tattoo turned out perfectly. Scheduling is easy, and they are very accommodating to all my requests, preferences, and changes in the artwork. These artists are top-notch. During my initial visit, I inquired about a same-day appointment, which they accommodated despite typically operating by appointment only. The staff's friendliness and keen attention to detail were evident. Following a mishap with my pedicure shortly after, I contacted the salon for assistance. The owner graciously invited me to return for a touch-up, which they performed with utmost politeness and at no additional cost.
