During my initial visit, I inquired about a same-day appointment, which they accommodated despite typically operating by appointment only. The staff's friendliness and keen attention to detail were evident. Following a mishap with my pedicure shortly after, I contacted the salon for assistance. The owner graciously invited me to return for a touch-up, which they performed with utmost politeness and at no additional cost.
