The cost of a basic pedicure and gel manicure here is $75, a significant increase from the $45 I'm accustomed to paying in Arizona. Despite the higher price, the quality and shape of the nails were commendable. However, my disappointment arose when the technician accidentally cut me, leaving an unsightly scab during my birthday celebration. The sudden influx of customers seemed to rush the service, and the additional charge for glitter polish was unexpected. I believe transparency is essential in customer service, and it was disappointing to be informed of the extra cost only at the register. Despite trying other nail salons, Pure Nail Bar has provided longer-lasting results, lasting up to 2 weeks.
