The cost of a basic pedicure and gel manicure here is $75, a significant increase from the $45 I'm accustomed to paying in Arizona. Despite the higher price, the quality and shape of the nails were commendable. However, my disappointment arose when the technician accidentally cut me, leaving an unsightly scab during my birthday celebration. The sudden influx of customers seemed to rush the service, and the additional charge for glitter polish was unexpected. I believe transparency is essential in customer service, and it was disappointing to be informed of the extra cost only at the register. Despite trying other nail salons, Pure Nail Bar has provided longer-lasting results, lasting up to 2 weeks. I don’t know the tattoo artist's name, she is wearing a deep black lipstick - Awful experience today. This is my second visit to this establishment because my first experience was very good. The tattoo artist was present. At the start, I requested her not to cut it shorter, just make it lighter. She seemed to misunderstand the meaning of shorter or lighter, and when she started cutting, she directly cut the back short, which was the worst. Then she said sorry, claiming she didn't hear me. Are you deaf, don't you understand? Why is she working here if she lacks interest or experience? A very terrible experience. The other lady who cut my hair the first time was good, but she had to leave and was in a rush. Never get your hair cut by this lady, I don't think she has any interest or experience. If this tattoo artist doesn't enjoy her job, then please find another profession. Don’t waste people's energy and day.
