My hair was rescued! Made a blunder by attempting to lighten my hair at home with a color stripper, which severely damaged it. Charlotte Rouge managed to fit me in for a same-day appointment and not only salvaged my hair but also made me leave feeling beautiful and brimming with confidence!
I have had my hair styled by three different individuals at this salon and have adored the outcome each time. Opted for a balayage and trim during my most recent visit. Gennesaret dedicated nearly 3 hours to my hair and absolutely nailed it! I showed her around 10 photos of similar shades that I liked, and she crafted the ideal color for me. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!
How fortunate am I to have stumbled upon such a charming establishment in Fairbanks. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting, the individuals... their energy, expertise, and professionalism are truly rejuvenating! My hair has never looked better, I was feeling somewhat dowdy but thanks to Galilee and her expertise (color, cut & style), I receive compliments on my hair daily! It may sound unbelievable, but it's true! I instantly clicked with her, and it felt like we had been friends for ages! I initially thought I would embrace my gray. She took the time to converse with me, understand my vibe, offered fantastic suggestions, and she absolutely nailed it! 5 stars! As long as I reside in Alaska, they have my loyalty! The scalp massage/shampoo, iced coffee... a few of the little touches they provide to make you feel special, pampered, and unhurried. It was a delightful experience. Love. Light. Good Vibes.✌️
