Husband and Father in law have been loyal patrons of Allure for two decades. However, this morning, the opening staff treated them so poorly that they have vowed never to return. Customer service seems to be a lost art in Fairbanks.
The service was exceptional, with meticulous attention to detail. The color was spot on, and I also picked up some lovely lotions.
Initially quoted $30, but ended up paying more for gel and color. The salon was not up to par. I left dissatisfied after spending $80 on a manicure that chipped the next day, with remnants of the previous color still visible on the edges.
