I am so grateful to the team for the amazing time I had today! My partner surprised me with a birthday treat - a facial and a massage, both of which were absolutely divine! As I filled out the necessary forms, they kindly offered me a complimentary drink (I opted for the cranberry mimosa) and let me unwind in the serene room. Jailene, who performed my facial, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She addressed a skin concern I had with expertise, explaining each step of the process and ensuring my comfort throughout. The massage was the perfect conclusion, leaving me feeling utterly relaxed! I will definitely return whenever I have the opportunity.

The attention to detail, from personalized robes to custom drinks, was a nice touch. The team members were exceptionally warm and courteous.
