I went for a Gel manicure on Saturday, and the next day it peeled off. Upon returning to the nail salon, the owner refused to redo my nails or refund my money. She insisted on an additional $20 payment after I had already paid $37 the day before for subpar service. Communication with the owner was challenging as she did not speak English fluently. It was frustrating to hear her repeatedly say, "No money back, no money back." 😡😡😡😡
Having recently relocated to the area, I sought a new nail salon and visited King Nail with my daughter. To my dismay, my daughter ended up bleeding from both her fingers and toes. Despite not experiencing any bleeding myself, I had to return to the salon three times in one week for repairs. Eventually, I gave up after my newly done nails began to disintegrate. The workmanship was shoddy, and while the staff were pleasant, they seemed inexperienced.
I revised my review from a year ago. Today, the lady showed no consideration for my disability. While I can overlook someone's bad mood occasionally, her welcoming treatment of another customer highlighted the disparity. I used to visit this salon monthly, but not anymore. Walking out of there, I felt a sense of "freedom." 😉 …
