Never returning here. Showed a picture from their site for inspiration. Asked for ombre nails, specified length. Kept requesting changes, but the technician didn't grasp my vision. Many customers waiting, rushed job, poorly executed. Now need to redo or remove it. I went for a Gel manicure on Saturday, and the next day it peeled off. Upon returning to the nail salon, the owner refused to redo my nails or refund my money. She insisted on an additional $20 payment after I had already paid $37 the day before for subpar service. Communication with the owner was challenging as she did not speak English fluently.
