Under no circumstances should you visit Rico! I splurged $150, including a tip, on bleaching, coloring, and cutting my very short hair. Initially, I was pleased with the outcome, but my daughter quickly pointed out that not all of my hair was evenly colored. Within just two and a half weeks, the supposed permanent color had completely faded. I tried contacting him, but he was preoccupied with another client. I then texted him seeking a resolution, but I never received a reply. Upon returning to the salon in person, he was brusque and dismissive, attempting to publicly shame me in front of other patrons and stylists. He insisted that the rapid fading was normal and even tried to shift the blame onto my hair's previous coloring history, despite having cut off the previously colored sections. For $150, I anticipated a higher level of service, particularly in terms of customer care!

I annually trim my hair, but this time it was a deeply personal decision for me. I am immensely grateful to Rico for his exceptional skills. I absolutely adore my new look.

I had a hair appointment scheduled for 11:00, but the barber failed to show up. After receiving a call claiming he was en route, I waited in my car for a full hour, attempting to reach him via phone and text messages. Eventually, I had to leave as there was no communication from the barber. Essentially, he stood me up and wasted my valuable time!
