Nails 2000

I've been frequenting this establishment for approximately half a year. My experiences have been a mix of positive and negative. Primarily positive, but I've observed that when walk-ins arrive, even with appointments, there's a rush to accommodate them for profit. Today was exceptionally terrible, and I've decided not to return. The photos will show the situation clearly. Additionally, two bleeding fingers were disregarded. The whole experience felt off. I'm paying for a service yet felt like a burden, rushed to the point of physical pain and discomfort.

Unsettling hygiene practices with their tools. The nail technician made strange and inappropriate remarks throughout the session. Cuticles weren't clipped, and ingrown toenails weren't addressed, which was the main reason for my pedicure. I was told I should have specifically asked for those services. The massage consisted of him using his bare nails to scratch my legs. Overall, the experience felt shady.

I absolutely adore visiting this place! They always remember me, are great conversationalists, and their work is exceptional. I've been to other places where the acrylic is thick, lifts easily, and snags on hair as it grows out. As a hairdresser, this is crucial. I've never encountered these issues here. Keep up the fantastic work!
