I just had an incredible appointment with Jackie Doyle. Without a doubt, the most exceptional hair color I've ever experienced . . . and I've been coloring my hair for years! Not only did she execute a fantastic job with my color, she gave me a 'fresh and flirty' haircut. I cannot praise Jackie highly enough!!
Exceptional establishment and the individual who works there is truly remarkable. She excels in the finer details and even offered to incorporate a design into a young boy's hair. This requires exceptional skill to execute proficiently. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment to anyone seeking the top hairstylist in the area.
Update to prior feedback. While my hair seemed fine when I departed the salon, Samantha suggested that I refrain from washing it for a couple of days and use a purple shampoo when I eventually did. That's precisely what I did. After washing and drying my hair, all the color vanished, leaving me with orange, utterly damaged hair. I reached out to Samantha to inquire about what happened, and she insinuated that I must have done something else to my hair and agreed to meet me at her salon. She conversed with my mother and insisted she did nothing wrong and that leaving me under the bleach processor for nearly two hours had no impact on the result after the initial wash. When my mother requested a refund so we could seek assistance elsewhere, Samantha scoffed at her, refusing to reimburse her for the 7 hours she spent. It's worth noting that Samantha continued tending to other clients while working on my hair. Upon my arrival at her establishment, she proposed dying it back to a dark shade. This was not what I paid for, and the damage had already been inflicted by the orange hue and the extreme damage to my hair. Going dark would not rectify the harm. I requested a refund, and she ridiculed me. Now, I am left with the choice of either cutting off a significant portion of my hair or coming up with additional funds to correct her mistakes. She evaded all accountability for her unprofessionalism and rudeness, and I would not recommend her services at that salon to anyone.
