After undergoing 2 hydro facials and laser resurfacing treatments at Laser Med spa in Coconut Grove, I am very pleased with the results. The technicians are pleasant and proficient in their work. However, the receptionist lacks friendliness and knowledge. When I inquired about reducing the intensity of the room scent, her response was dismissive, stating, “I don’t notice it.” As someone highly sensitive to odors, I must emphasize that it is overwhelming and lacks subtlety. I had to step outside to prevent an asthma attack. As a resident of Grove, I strive to support local businesses. It would be beneficial if the owner understood how off-putting the air freshener can be to individuals with heightened sensitivity to scents.
